What is Shilajit
History & Chemical Properties
Shilajit is a potent, naturally occurring substance that has been revered for centuries for its remarkable health benefits. It forms through a slow and intricate process of the decomposition of plant matter and organic materials, which takes place over hundreds or even thousands of years. This process occurs under specific conditions—mainly in the rocky crevices and high-altitude environments of the Himalayan mountains, as well as other mountainous regions such as the Altai, Caucasus, and Gilgit-Baltistan ranges.

Nature’s Ancient Mineral Resin
Rich in fulvic acid, humic substances, and over 85 essential minerals, Shilajit is considered one of nature’s most potent rejuvenating superfoods. It is naturally harvested from high altitudes, where it seeps from cracks in the rocks during warm summer months.
Adaptogenic Power
Supports stress relief, endurance, and hormonal balance.

Cellular Energy
Enhances ATP production, revitalizes body systems, and boosts vitality.
Origin and Source of Shilajit
From the high-altitude of the Himalayas.
Shilajit is a rare and precious substance that originates from the high-altitude regions of the Himalayas, as well as select mountain ranges like the Altai, Caucasus, and Gilgit-Baltistan. It forms over centuries through the natural breakdown of plant matter and microbial life, compressed between layers of rock under specific climatic conditions.
During the warm summer months, Shilajit oozes from cracks in the mountainsides as a thick, resinous material, revealing its deep black or brown color and rich mineral content. This process is entirely natural and occurs at altitudes ranging from 10,000 to 16,000 feet, where the environment remains untouched and pristine.

How to Use
Supplementing in cycles is the proper way of using vitamins, minerals and
herbs. You could use it non-stop, but it is always better to cycle between
periods of use and disuse. Preferably, taking it only when you need a
nutrient boost (except for specific health conditions).
Note that even trained doctors do not usually prescribe a particular vitamin
or mineral non-stop, but generally for a limited specified period only. When
we use a supplement regularly, the body cleverly adapts to that and may
become dependent on using it.
